ANA SPONSORLAR / MAIN SPONSORS

Main Sponsorship 20.000 euro + VAT

 

  • Before the opening speeches in the morning, Main Sponsors’ promotional videos will appear on display screens in the lobby of the Conference Hall. They will be aired for 5 minutes and in alphabetical order.

  • A Machinery Exhibition area will be available to promote your company products. The exhibition space will be between 50-60 m2 (according to the availability of the car park In the hotel).  A maximum of 3 product units may be displayed; exhibits will be arranged in alphabetical order.
  •  Main Sponsors will be given the opportunity to have an information desk in the lobby. The information desk should be provided by the sponsor company.
  • The logo (title) of Main Sponsors will be placed on all promotional materials and displayed in alphabetical order. The logo will also be used on invitations and program brochures, and displayed on the welcome desk, signboards and the stage
  • Main Sponsors may have 5 participants attend the Congress free of charge. 

Places of sponsors will be decided according to application date. 30.12.12 is the deadline for sponsorship application. 

Details of the sponsorship package can be changed and managed with suggestions or claims by the Ministry 

Liability for all technical equipment and hardware is the responsibility of the sponsor company. 

Payment should be completed to the bank accounts of the Association before the deadline 30. January 2012.
