Gold Sponsorship 8.000 euro  + VAT 

• Before the opening speeches in the afternoon, Gold Sponsors’ promotional videos will appear on display screens in the lobby of the Conference Hall. They will be aired for 3 minutes and in alphabetical order. 

• Gold Sponsors will be given the opportunity to have an information desk in the lobby. The information desk should be provided by the sponsor company. 

• The logo (title) of Gold Sponsors will be placed on all promotional materials which will be used in Congress Hall, and displayed in alphabetical sequence. The logo will also be used on welcome desk and signboards 

• Gold sponsors may have 2 participants attend the Congress free of charge. 

Places of sponsors will be decided according to the application date. 30.12.12 is the deadline for sponsorship application. 

Liability for all technical equipment and hardware is the responsibility of the sponsor company. 

Payment should be completed to the bank accounts of the Association before the deadline 30. January 2012.
